DogLeg Digital
What is DogLeg Digital?
DogLeg Digital is a golf technology company building operating products, business services, and a connected ecosystem for the businesses, professionals, partners, and players across the game. Course Operations and Golf Consulting Services are live now. Indoor & Simulator Golf Operations arrives in November 2026. Mixed Facilities and Multi Course Operations arrive in January 2027. Golf Apparel Production and Sourcing and Virtual Pro Shop are coming in Late Q1 2027.
Who is DogLeg Digital for?
DogLeg serves the people and businesses across golf. Current offerings focus on course operators, indoor golf businesses, owners, investors, vendors, and golf organizations. The wider ecosystem also includes golfers, instructors, events, brands, service providers, travel, media, associations, education, workforce, and capital partners.
What problem is DogLeg trying to solve?
Golf businesses often rely on disconnected systems that create repeated work, fragmented customer experiences, missed revenue, and incomplete operating visibility. DogLeg is building practical products that solve those problems while opening stronger connections, relationships, partnerships, and growth opportunities across golf.
Are Course Operations and Indoor Golf subproducts of one larger product?
No. They are separate, standalone DogLeg Digital products. Each is designed around the workflows of the business it serves and has its own operating scope. They share a connected foundation and become more valuable as the wider DogLeg ecosystem grows.
Is DogLeg trying to replace every system a business already uses?
No. DogLeg supports modular adoption, integrations, and data portability. A business can start with the product and package that creates value now, connect the systems that still work, and expand when the business case is clear.
Working with DogLeg
How does DogLeg treat customers as partners?
DogLeg starts by listening to the business, the people doing the work, and the challenge that needs to be solved. We communicate clearly, recommend what fits, follow through after the sale, and measure success by whether the customer saves time, improves the experience, grows revenue, or keeps more of the value the business creates.
Will DogLeg take, trade, or control a course’s tee times?
No. A course keeps control of its tee time inventory, pricing, customer relationships, and revenue. DogLeg does not require traded tee times as payment and does not insert a hidden booking commission between a course and its customers.
How does customer feedback shape DogLeg products?
DogLeg is building with the golf community. Conversations with operators, staff, golfers, coaches, vendors, associations, and partners help identify problems, test priorities, improve workflows, and shape the roadmap. Feedback is evaluated against customer value, operational impact, and the needs of the broader community.
How transparent will DogLeg be about its products and roadmap?
DogLeg will clearly distinguish what is live, what is planned, and what is still being explored. We will communicate capabilities, limitations, pricing, product status, and meaningful roadmap changes so businesses can make informed decisions without relying on vague promises.
What kind of customer support should a business expect?
Support should begin by listening to the problem, understanding its effect on the business, and taking ownership of the next step. DogLeg intends to remain present, communicate progress, learn from recurring issues, and support customers throughout the relationship, not only when an invoice is due.
How does DogLeg help golf businesses grow revenue?
DogLeg products are designed to help businesses improve bookings, memberships, leagues, events, food and beverage, retail, services, retention, marketing, and repeat visits. Better operating visibility and fairer payment economics can also help a business keep more of the revenue it already earns.
What is the DogLeg payment processing advantage?
DogLeg uses Helcim for payment processing. Helcim's current U.S. examples estimate a total rate of 1.83% and 8¢ for a common card used in person and 2.31% and 25¢ when that payment is made online or keyed. The examples use a $300 transaction and blended card assumptions, so actual totals vary. Helcim shows the card network's wholesale cost and its own margin separately, charges no monthly payment account fee, and automatically lowers its margin as qualifying volume grows. ACH bank payments are 0.5% and 25¢ with a $6 cap below $25,000. DogLeg software subscriptions and payment hardware remain separate.
What does interchange mean?
Interchange is the underlying wholesale cost set by the card networks and issuing banks for processing a specific card transaction. It changes based on the card, how it is accepted, and other transaction details. Helcim adds a published processing margin to that cost and shows the two pieces separately so a business can understand how its total rate is built.
How does the payment savings estimator work?
Enter the business's current total transaction rate and average monthly card sales, then estimate the percentage paid online and in person. The calculator applies Helcim's published examples and the qualifying volume tier to estimate the difference. It is a planning estimate, not a quote, because actual network costs depend on the cards and transactions processed.
Are the payment rates and estimated savings guaranteed?
No. The site uses Helcim's published U.S. examples for a $300 transaction and blended card assumptions as of October 2026. Actual costs and savings depend on card mix, transaction method, average ticket, processing volume, eligibility, hardware, location, and Helcim's current terms.
The ecosystem
What does the connected golf ecosystem mean?
It means treating golf as one connected industry instead of a collection of isolated tools and audiences. Facilities, golfers, instructors, vendors, events, travel, media, associations, and capital all affect one another. DogLeg is building practical pathways that help those groups discover, serve, and work with one another more effectively.
What are the eight ecosystem groups?
Players & Communities; Facilities & Operations; Coaching & Performance; Competition & Events; Course Care & Guest Experience; Commerce & Services; Media, Travel & Lifestyle; and Industry, Education & Capital.
Does the ecosystem include women’s golf, driving ranges, simulators, and investors?
Yes. Women’s Golf sits within Players & Communities. Driving ranges and simulators sit within Facilities & Operations. Investors and capital partners sit within Industry, Education & Capital. Each broad group represents a wider set of audiences, professions, and services.
How does the ecosystem create value?
It can create better discovery, stronger relationships, new revenue, more relevant partnerships, less repeated work, better customer experiences, clearer operating intelligence, and new paths for participation and industry growth. Every DogLeg product must deliver value independently before ecosystem connections compound that value.

Does DogLeg charge a booking commission or require traded tee times?
No. DogLeg does not charge a booking commission and does not require a course to trade tee time inventory. Payment processing, payment hardware, complex migrations, custom development, and onsite services are separate from the listed subscription price.
How are Course Operations payments priced?
Payments are processed through Helcim. Helcim's current example estimates a total rate of 1.83% and 8¢ for a common card used in person on a $300 transaction. The actual total depends on the card and transaction type. Statements separate the card network's wholesale cost from Helcim's margin, and that margin decreases automatically as qualifying processing volume grows. There is no monthly Helcim payment account fee. DogLeg subscription pricing remains separate.

When is the Virtual Pro Shop coming?
DogLeg is targeting Late Q1 2027 for the Virtual Pro Shop. Courses can register interest now and receive launch updates.
Billing, onboarding, and packages
Does Course Operations offer monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Live Course Operations plans can be paid monthly, and annual agreements receive the discount shown on the Course Operations page.
Why does the yearly price show a monthly equivalent?
The monthly equivalent makes it easier to compare Monthly and Yearly billing. A yearly plan is billed for the full year and receives the 10% annual discount. The exact annual total and savings appear directly below the price.
What counts as one location?
One physical golf facility operating from one primary property counts as one location. A facility can combine a course, simulator area, and driving range at the same address without automatically becoming an Enterprise account. Organizations operating several courses should explore Multi Course Operations.
How does Course Operations handle multiple locations?
Live Course Operations plans are organized per course. Groups needing central administration, shared customer records, consolidated reporting, advanced security, integrations, or a coordinated rollout can explore the planned Multi Course Operations product.
Can Course Operations feature packages be added without changing the base plan?
Yes, when the package is eligible for that live Course Operations plan. Feature packages let a course add a specialized capability without moving to a larger base plan. If the capability is already included in a higher plan, the Course Operations page marks that clearly.
What is included with Course Operations onboarding?
Standard remote onboarding for live Course Operations covers account setup, configuration guidance, team training, and launch support. Complex migration, custom integrations, custom development, hardware, and onsite services are scoped separately.
Can a Course Operations customer change plans or cancel?
Plan changes and cancellation terms for live Course Operations depend on whether the course chooses monthly or annual billing. The applicable commitment, renewal, change, and cancellation terms are documented before purchase.
Which Course Operations costs are separate?
Unless a Course Operations proposal explicitly says otherwise, payment processing, payment hardware, outside services, usage beyond included allowances, complex migration, custom integrations, custom development, and onsite services are separate. The applicable costs are documented before purchase.
Consulting, partnerships, and updates
What are Golf Consulting Services?
Golf Consulting Services provide implementation support led by experienced golf operators. DogLeg owns the platform and product relationship while Tech2Turf supports data readiness, migration planning, configuration, testing, training, launch, stabilization, and annual review.
Are Golf Consulting Services available now?
Yes. Golf Consulting Services are live now. Facilities can use the Contact page to discuss their current systems, data condition, transition goals, and the implementation path that fits the operation.
How is the implementation path selected?
Tech2Turf begins with a Data Readiness Check and recommends the right path based on the condition of the facility's records, systems, workflows, and transition needs. Essentials is designed for clean data that is ready to move, Plus includes retrieval and cleanup, and Premier provides the most supported transition.
How can DogLeg help a golf apparel vendor or brand?

When is Golf Apparel Production and Sourcing available?
DogLeg is targeting Late Q1 2027. Vendors and brands can contact DogLeg now to discuss the item, collection, quantities, target cost, quality expectations, timeline, and the support needed to move the project forward.
Does a partner in the United States mean every product is made there?
No. The relationship and project coordination are based in the United States. Sourcing and manufacturing may be domestic or international depending on the product, quantities, budget, quality requirements, and timeline. The proposed production path will be explained before the brand commits.
What kinds of partnerships is DogLeg looking for?
DogLeg welcomes conversations with technology and data providers, brands, vendors, service professionals, associations, educators, media, communities, investors, and capital partners. Strong partnerships should create clear customer value and a practical path to execution.
Does DogLeg have a referral or affiliate program?
Yes. Referral partners can make introductions with the customer’s approval, while approved affiliates can share DogLeg through an agreed link, campaign, event, publication, or community channel. Every relationship begins with an application and written program terms.
How are referral or affiliate rewards determined?
Eligibility, attribution, qualifying events, reward amounts, and payment timing are agreed in writing before participation begins. DogLeg does not publish a universal rate because the right structure can depend on the product, service, audience, and type of partnership.
Where can I follow DogLeg news and product updates?
The News page includes company announcements, product releases, launch updates, ecosystem partnerships, and practical ideas for building stronger golf businesses.
How can I ask about a product, consulting project, partnership, or media question?
